YEOW Promotes youth empowerment through kind karma kid's yoga, awaken with meditation, mindfulness, awaken qigong, gong & sound therapy (GST), positive thinking and visualization, energy therapy, and interconnectivity with nature (through shamanic themed events).
Why Teach Yoga to Children?
On of the best ways to establish emotional harmony, and to help the body, mind, and spirit to mature together is to teach children yoga. It's our role as Kind Karma Rahini Yoga® Teachers to inspire children to practice yoga, to spread the healing benefits of yoga, and to teach both parents and children how to incorporate yoga into their everyday lives.
